This medium roast coffee offers a delightful tasting profile with rich notes of chocolate, cinnamon, and a hint of green apple. Sourced from the renowned coffee-growing regions of Chiapas and Oaxaca in Mexico, the beans are grown at altitudes between 900 and 1,000 meters in clay mineral-rich soil. 

A blend of Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varieties, the coffee is fully washed and sun-dried to preserve its vibrant and well-balanced flavor.
