While we aim to provide our customers with a smooth ordering and delivery experience, we understand that there may be a time when there is an issue. We have set out below our return policy for Bombello Beans. We believe it is a just and fair returns policy as we remain committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and delight with the Bombello Beans experience.
Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on any of our products. Our returns policy is set out under the following criteria.
Return Not Available
A return policy is not applicable to the following reasons:
(1) Change of mind
(2) Dislike of chosen flavour or blend
Return Available
A return policy is applicable for the following reasons:
(1) Packing slip information is incorrect
(2) Package is damaged during shipping or not received
(3) Wrong type of grind used for order
For return requests that fit the above criteria, there is no need to package the product and return it to us as it would need to be discarded. We would re-order the product and expedite a delivery of your updated order.
