This medium roast coffee features a delightful tasting profile with notes of dried orange, berry, and chocolate. Grown by smallholder farmers in the Medellín region of Antioquia, Colombia, the beans are cultivated at altitudes between 1,300 and 1,500 meters in nutrient-rich volcanic loam soil.
A blend of Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties, the coffee is fully washed and carefully dried in solar dryers, protecting it from rain and preserving its vibrant flavor.
