This medium roast offers an elegant and smooth cup with rich cocoa notes. Sourced from Fazenda Santa Barbara, located in the Sao Francisco and Santo Antonio regions of Parana and São Paulo, Brazil, the coffee is grown at altitudes between 750 and 1,050 meters in volcanic loam soil.
A blend of Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties, the beans are pulped naturally and dried in the sun, resulting in a beautifully balanced and flavorful brew.
