This medium-dark roast offers a rich tasting profile with notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar, creating a deep and satisfying cup. Sourced from smallholder farmers in the Kintamani region of Bali, Indonesia, the coffee is grown at altitudes between 1,200 and 1,600 meters in nutrient-rich volcanic loam soil.
The beans, a mix of Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties, are hand-picked, wet-hulled, and dried on raised beds to preserve their exceptional flavor and quality.
